1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the PipeMe software and website provided by mantro GmbH.
2. Services
PipeMe is an intelligence layer for CRM systems. Scope, plans and prices follow the current product and pricing description.
3. Trial & billing
The 14-day trial is free. Afterwards billing is per user plus usage-based AI credits per the pricing page. Prices are net, excl. VAT.
4. User obligations
Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights and consents for the data processed (e.g. meeting recordings).
5. Liability
Liability follows statutory provisions; for slight negligence, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damages.
6. Term & termination
Team plans are cancelable monthly. Enterprise terms are agreed individually.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, the registered seat of mantro GmbH.
